Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services and in-store events, both in person and over the phone. You will support the Experience Manager and drive service sales while maintaining excellent guest service and a welcoming store atmosphere.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to book appointments, handle transactions, and stay informed on trends and products to deliver a 360° guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Acknowledge guests and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Manage salon phone calls, bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Inform guests of promotions and invite them to try services.
• Support booking pages and rebooking for new guest acquisition.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and services.
