Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator responsible for engaging with guests and promoting salon and in-store services. The role supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, focusing on service and retail sales, guest service, and event execution in-store.

The position requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate salon services and product knowledge. A flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services and drive sales.
• Answer salon calls, resolve guest concerns, manage bookings.
• Provide friendly, prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain salon and store guest flow and records.
• Inform guests of promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and attend trainings.
