Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; relevant work experience considered.
• At least 1 year in a guest-facing or retail role.
• Strong sales and customer service capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services.
• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales.
• Book appointments and manage the services booking system.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and promotions.
