Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc. is seeking a Salon Business Partner to grow our professional beauty presence across the Texas territory. You will work remotely from Texas, building relationships with salons and stylists, driving sales and coordinating education events.

You will collaborate with OMNI channel teams to deliver education, promotions, and business development initiatives while traveling to client sites and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Proven outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of social media and ability to leverage it for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales to develop salon partnerships and grow market share within assigned territory.
• Coordinate education and training events with brand partners and OMNI channels.
• Manage remote order entry and sales reporting, with routine travel to cover accounts.
