Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, seeks a motivated Salon Business Partner to grow the local stylist and salon community by delivering education, products and cohesive business plans.

In this remote Maryland role, you will cultivate partnerships across OMNI channels, meet sales targets in the Maryland territory, and coordinate training, events and promotions with brand partners; travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience.
• Demonstrated outside sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must be highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Possesses a valid state driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must live within assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales and salon business development within the territory.
• Develop tailored salon business plans and partnerships.
• Coordinate education and promotional events with brand partners and OMNI channels.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage remote-order entry and administrative tasks; participate in regional/national meetings.
