Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum one year outside sales or beauty-industry experience with consultative selling.
Strong consultative and customer service skills.
Proficiency in social media and digital engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented and results-driven.
Valid driver's license with good driving record; willing to travel up to 75%.
Must reside within assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities

Influence growth and development of local stylist and salon communities by supplying education and innovative products.
Meet and exceed sales objectives within the territory through education, promotions and business development.
Coordinate with OMNI channels and brand partners for events and training.
Attend industry trade shows and events to deepen client relationships.
Develop tailored salon business plans and partnerships to increase market share.
Monitor sales performance and trends to identify growth opportunities.
