SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Salon Business Partner to grow the local Stylist and Salon community in Minnesota. You will drive consultative sales, deliver education, and coordinate with OMNI channels to promote growth across salons and stores.

This remote role requires up to 75% travel within the state, engaging salon owners, attending events, and enabling business development through education and promotions.

Formación

• Minimum one year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with consultative selling.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience with social media and online engagement is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive salon business development through consultative sales and strategic plans within the Minnesota territory.
• Collaborate with OMNI channel teams to execute education, promotions, and events.
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with salon owners; develop tailored solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate training and education sessions with brand partners for salons.
• Travel up to 75% to cover assigned accounts and attend industry events.
