Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Salon Business Partner to grow the local stylist and salon community in the Philadelphia area. This remote role collaborates with OMNI channels and brand partners to deliver education, products, and promotions in salons and stores.

You will develop tailored salon business plans, conduct education events, and drive sales. Expect up to 75% travel, strong customer relationships, and proactive use of digital tools to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work remotely within assigned territory and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop salon partnerships through consultative sales and tailored business plans.
• Coordinate education, promotions, and events with brand partners to drive salon growth.
• Manage remote orders and administrative tasks; report progress to stakeholders.
