SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a remote Salon Business Partner to grow the local Stylist and Salon community by delivering education, innovation, and top products. You will drive sales across an assigned territory, coordinating with OMNI channels and brand partners to execute training events and promotions in salons and stores.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with salon owners, conducting regular consultations, and leveraging digital platforms to reach clients.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Must live within assigned sales territory and drive frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop salon partnerships and business plans within a defined territory.
• Coordinate education, training, and promotional events with brand partners.
• Drive sales and monitor performance to exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Attend industry events to deepen client relationships.
• Manage remote-order entry and administer customer data in CRM.
