Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Salon Business Partner to influence growth of local stylists and salon communities by delivering education, products, and innovation from our professional beauty portfolio.

In this remote role covering the South DFW area and Arlington territory, you will drive consultative sales, coordinate education events, and partner with OMNI channels to expand our brand presence while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High school degree required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with social media and driving as part of field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales: develop salon partnerships and tailored business plans to grow market share.
• Educate and train through area classes, shows, and in-salon education programs.
• Manage remote order entry and admin tasks; participate in regional and national sales meetings.
• Monitor sales performance and collaborate with brand partners to execute promotions and training.
• Travel up to 75% to cover accounts within assigned territory.
