SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, seeks a Salon Business Partner to drive growth in the North DFW region. This remote role involves travel to salons and events to build strong partnerships through education, promotions, and tailored business plans.

Qualifications

• High school degree required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience.
• Demonstrated outside sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Strong social media understanding and usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales to develop salon partnerships and grow market share in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate education, training, and promotional events with brand partners.
• Manage remote order entry and administrative duties; participate in regional and national meetings.
• Utilize OMNI channels to meet accounts where they are and drive growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide updates to stakeholders; travel up to 75%.
