Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Salon Business Partner to grow local stylist and salon partnerships. You will drive sales within your territory, coordinating education events and leveraging OMNI channels to expand customer relationships.

Responsibilities include consultative sales, education planning with brand partners, and travel to cover accounts. A background in outside sales or beauty industry with strong communication and social media skills is required.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year demonstrated outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Demonstrated outside sales experience or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated understanding and ability to harness the power of social media
• Excellent communication both verbal and written as well as presentation skills.
• Must be highly organized, flexible, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Possesses a valid state driver’s license, good driving record, and required auto insurance policy levels.
• Must live within assigned sales territory.
• Role will include significant travel, up to 75%, to cover accounts within assigned geographical area
• All work may necessitate the lifting of promotional materials and products up to 25 pounds which may also require bending.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: develop salon partnerships and long‑term plans within territory.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Coordinate with OMNI channel to drive education and promotional activities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with internal leaders.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends for growth opportunities.
