Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Salon Business Partner to grow the local stylist and salon community across the Philadelphia region. This remote role drives sales through education, promotions, and strong partnerships, leveraging omni-channel strategies and industry events.

The SBP will train and support salon owners, coordinate with brand partners, and deliver tailored business plans to grow market share. Travel and field presence are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience.
• Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
• Ability to leverage social media in a sales context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, flexible, goals oriented and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales to develop salon partnerships and business plans.
• Promote omni-channel strategies to grow market share.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives for territory.
• Coordinate education and events with brand partners and salons.
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Drive in-salon and in-store education and promotions.
