Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oréal USA, is seeking a Salon Business Partner to grow the local stylist and salon community by delivering education, products and business development across the OMNI channels.

This remote Texas role covers Waco, Temple, Belton with up to 75% travel, requiring consultative sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate training events and promotions with brand partners.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales or beauty industry consultative selling experience.
• Must live within assigned sales territory and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales to develop salon partnerships and business plans.
• Coordinate education, events, and promotions with brand partners.
• Manage remote order entry and administrative duties.
• Travel to cover accounts within the territory and attend events.
