Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Suggest retail products to clients, upsell and promote services.
• Cross-sell services to other salon areas.
• Respond professionally to customer service issues and complaints.
• Maintain good communication with clients and team.
• Promote business outside of the salon.
• Greet clients within 60 seconds of entry and answer calls smileingly.
• Efficiently schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments.
• Process POS transactions timely and accurately.
• Encourage pre-bookings at checkout.
• Ensure reception area meets regulations and stays organized.
• Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines.
• Stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
