• Ongoing product and service education for staff.
• Promote business outside of the salon.
• Adjust schedule to meet client needs.
• Acknowledge clients within sixty seconds of entry.
• Answer phone within three rings with greeting.
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and re-scheduling.
• Handle POS transactions promptly.
• Encourage pre-bookings at checkout.
• Maintain clean and organized reception area.
