Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. seeks a Salon Retail Coordinator to manage front desk operations and guest experiences in a fast-paced salon environment.

This nonexempt role reports to the Salon Manager and requires strong customer service, cash handling, and multitasking skills. The coordinator will upsell products, schedule appointments, handle POS transactions, and ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining a welcoming, professional appearance and assisting the salon team

Formación

• GED or High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in computer-based business software.
• Ability to handle money, count and make change.
• Able to stand for up to 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Suggesting retail products to clients and upselling/promotions.
• Cross-selling services to salon areas and assisting guests.
• Responding professionally to customer service issues and addressing complaints.
• Maintaining a clean, organized front desk and ensuring adherence to dress code and appearance.
