• Partners with stylists to reinforce product recommendations at checkout.
• Supports promotions, product launches, and limited-time offers.
• Supports daily/weekly/monthly retail goals by educating guests and upselling.
• Drives retail with recommendations aligned to guest needs and consultations.
• Encourages guest rebooking and promotes JCPenney Rewards and Credit Card usage.
