JCPenney Salon is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Specialist to greet guests warmly, manage the front desk, schedule appointments, and ensure a professional, elevated salon visit. You will support the salon team, resolve guest concerns, and guide product recommendations to enhance each guest’s hair routine.

In this role, you’ll drive retail sales, participate in promotions, and collaborate with stylists to reinforce recommendations during checkout.
