Job summary

CloudMasonry, LLC is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across the organization. This role sources, screens, and interviews candidates in close partnership with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate stays current on recruiting trends, uses data-driven approaches, and delivers a positive candidate experience. The position requires in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday at our Indianapolis location, with a Friday work-from-home option.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of staffing/recruitment experience across roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources and locations.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack; Salesforce consulting exp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and market insights.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from outreach to offer.
