Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group and Tech/Product teams. This is a 6 month contract role with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.

You will own the top-of-funnel sourcing strategy, leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach to build pipelines and deliver qualified candidates to recruiting partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a high-velocity environment.
• Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates through direct sourcing techniques - Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in ambiguity.
• Strong ability to write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active conversations.
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and ability to articulate Salesforce value to passive candidates.
• Ability to manage a high volume of sourcing workstreams and deliver pipeline on deadline.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Architecture: Build proactive, deep talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles, mapping competitors and refreshing pools.
• High-Velocity Sourcing: Drive high-volume sourcing for fast-paced Sales and tech hiring with qualified candidates.
• Direct Sourcing Excellence: Use Boolean search and direct outreach to engage passive talent from competitors.
• Navigate Ambiguity: Translate vague hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies in a fluid environment.
• Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate with Talent Attraction to hand off pipeline-ready candidates and apply talent to openings.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor hiring trends and compensation to inform sourcing strategy.
