Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or Product roles.
• Experience recruiting in a technology or SaaS engineering environment; generic recruiting backgrounds without technical exposure may not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles.
• Manage the complete candidate journey from sourcing through close.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach to passive technical candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and engineering leadership to understand requirements and cultural fit.
• Track recruiting KPIs and use data to sharpen pipeline strategy.
