Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group and Tech and Product teams with top-tier talent. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role focused on building pipelines and turning direct outreach into qualified candidates.

You will own the top-of-funnel sourcing strategy, use Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, partner with the Talent Attraction team, and adapt quickly in a fluid environment to meet business demand in a hybrid in-office

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a high-velocity environment.
• Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate sourcing via direct sourcing techniques.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fluid environment.
• Strong, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into conversations.
• Knowledge of technology/SaaS markets and the Agentic Enterprise value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles.
• Drive high-volume sourcing to deliver qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team and hand off warm, pipeline-ready candidates.
