Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group and Tech/Product teams. This six-month contract role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office each week, and a proven ability to build proactive candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Ability to work from a local Salesforce office 3+ days weekly.
• Expert in direct-sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales or tech hiring.
• Experience with talent mapping and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Architecture: Build and maintain proactive pipelines for CSG and tech roles - mapping competitors, identifying passive candidates, and refreshing pools ahead of demand.
• High-Velocity Sourcing: Drive high-volume sourcing efforts for fast-paced Sales and tech hiring, delivering qualified candidates.
• Direct Sourcing Excellence: Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach to engage passive talent.
• Navigate Ambiguity: Translate shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies.
• Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate with Talent Attraction, hand off pipeline-ready candidates.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to inform strategy.
