Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a 6-month contract Sales Recruiter to support our fast-paced GTM hiring. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, partner with leadership, and operate in a high-velocity environment.

The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency, ability to work 3 days in-office, and fluency with Workday ATS and collaboration tools. The team acts as strategic partner to sales leaders across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience in agency or in-house.
• Experience in fast-paced sales or GTM recruiting.
• Ability to source passive candidates using direct-sourcing.

• Source, recruit, and hire for high-growth sales teams.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Talent Attraction.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams.
