Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group and Tech/Product teams with top talent. This is a 6-month contract with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence at least 3 days a week in Atlanta.

You will own top-of-funnel sourcing, build proactive pipelines, and partner closely with our Talent Attraction team to deliver qualified, pipeline-ready candidates, while tracking market trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a high-velocity environment (Sales or Tech)
In-Office Availability: minimum 3 days a week in office
Expertise sourcing passive candidates using direct-sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, competitive intelligence)
Ability to translate shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies
Strong outreach writing and relationship-building for cold/call outreach
Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and Agentic Enterprise value proposition
Capability to manage multiple sourcing workstreams and meet deadlines
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google

Responsibilities

Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles
Drive high-volume sourcing to deliver qualified candidates to recruiting partners
Use direct-sourcing strategies to engage passive talent from competitors
Translate ambiguous hiring needs into structured sourcing plans
Collaborate with Talent Attraction to hand off warm, pipeline-ready candidates
Provide market intelligence on compensation and hiring trends to inform strategy
