Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group (CSG) and Tech/Product teams with top talent. This 6-month contract role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in-office weekly, and a focus on building proactive pipelines and direct sourcing for fast-paced hiring.

You will own top-of-funnel sourcing, collaborating with the recruiting team in a split model, leveraging Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to engage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in Sales or Tech
• In-office availability: minimum 3 days/week
• Agility to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to write compelling outreach to passive candidates
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and Agentic value proposition
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume sourcing workstreams and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google tools

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles
• Drive high-volume sourcing for Sales and tech hiring
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach to engage passive talent
• Translate shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction to hand off warm candidates
• Track competitor hiring trends and market benchmarks to inform strategy
