Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to deliver hands-on Salesforce solutions for client projects. You will design, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce-based capabilities, working closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical outcomes.

The role emphasizes project delivery, collaboration with Architects, PMs, Analysts, and Developers, and ongoing customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification with 4+ years on Salesforce.
• Experience in end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment and support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and document requirements; help scope work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Solution Architects and PMs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and map processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard features and best practices.
• Own workstreams as a hands-on builder and coordinate with the team.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions.
• Develop declarative automation, data models, security configurations, reports and dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Create test plans and oversee user acceptance testing and QA.
• Document designs, deliver end-user training, and drive deployment and post-launch support.
