Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to join our project team. You will work directly with clients to understand requirements, configure Salesforce solutions, and support successful implementations.

As a hands‑on builder, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, collaborate across teams, and lead project workstreams from discovery through deployment. Travel and client-facing activities are required.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and building Salesforce solutions in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification and a minimum of 4+ years on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to support.
• Detail‑oriented self‑starter who can guide less‑experienced team members and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Document business, functional, and technical requirements; help translate the proposed solution into a clear Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
• Capture business needs, define requirements, and map current and future‑state processes with stakeholders.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities and best practices.
• Own assigned workstreams, configuring solutions directly while collaborating with Architects, Project Managers, Analysts, and Developers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, project kickoffs, demonstrations, and client status discussions for assigned workstreams.
• Build and maintain declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports/dashboards, and platform components.
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with the technical team.
• Create and execute test plans, perform functional and system testing, support user acceptance testing, and ensure QA for completed work.
• Document solution designs and configurations, deliver end‑user training, and own deliverables through deployment and post‑launch support.
