Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to deliver hands-on Salesforce solutions for client projects. You will translate business needs into scalable designs, configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and lead workstreams from discovery through deployment.

The role emphasizes practical solution-building, testing, documentation, and client-facing delivery while collaborating with Solution Architects, Analysts, and Developers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce core products including Sales/Service Cloud.
• SFDC certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder or Consultant) with 4+ years on the platform.
• Experience across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Ability to translate client requirements into workable platform solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and help translate requirements into Scope of Work.
• Collaborate with Practice Directors and Project Managers to estimate effort and needed skills.
• Capture business needs and map current/future-state processes with clients.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities.
• Own assigned workstreams, build solutions hands-on, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and client status discussions for workstreams.
• Develop declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, and dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and QA for deliverables.
• Create and execute test plans, assist UAT, and ensure deployment readiness.
• Document designs and configurations, and deliver end-user training as needed.
