Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to work on client projects across the US. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions, lead workstreams, and guide teams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment stages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products, including Sales/Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certs with 4+ years.
• Experience configuring, testing, deploying Salesforce solutions end-to-end.
• Experience advising clients and translating requirements into platform solutions.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who can guide others and deliver daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet timelines.
• Minimum of 20% travel; US-wide availability and Salesforce certs beyond core are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, document business and technical requirements, and shape Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with architects and project managers.
• Capture business needs and map current and future processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities.
• Own workstreams as hands-on builder, collaborate with architects, analysts and developers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, kickoffs, demonstrations, and status discussions.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, and dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and QA for deliverables.
• Document designs, provide end-user training, and drive deployment and post-launch support.
