Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to be a hands-on builder on project teams, translating business needs into practical Salesforce solutions. You’ll work directly with customers to design and configure Salesforce projects, ensuring successful implementations and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products; experience configuring/building in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certs; 4+ years on Salesforce platform.
• Recent hands-on experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions.
• Experience across full implementation lifecycle from discovery to support.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions; strong communication.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to guide less-experienced teammates.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams while meeting timelines; log time daily.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document requirements; help translate solution into a Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors and Solution Architects; identify required skills.
• Work with stakeholders to capture needs and map current/future state processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities and best practices.
• Own assigned workstreams; configure solutions while collaborating with architects, PMs, analysts, and developers.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions for workstreams.
• Build and maintain declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, dashboards, and platform components.
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with the tech team.
• Create/test plans; perform functional/system testing; support UAT; ensure QA for completed work.
• Document designs/configurations; deliver end-user training; own deliverables through deployment and post-launch.
