Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect who will design and implement Salesforce solutions for client projects, working directly with customers to translate needs into technical results. You will build, test, and deploy scalable solutions while guiding teams through discovery and delivery.

The role requires a high level of collaboration, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 20% across the United States.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience configuring and building Salesforce solutions in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification.
4+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to support.
Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions.
Detail-oriented, self-starter who can guide others and deliver day-to-day solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication across client and stakeholder levels.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and log time daily.
Positive, solutions-oriented mindset; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role requires a minimum of 20% travel; candidates nationwide may be considered.
Salesforce certifications beyond core platform are a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in pre-sales discovery; document requirements and define Scope of Work.
Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors and Solution Architects.
Capture business needs and map current and future-state processes.
Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
Own assigned workstreams as a hands-on builder and collaborate with teams.
Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions.
Build and maintain automation, data models, security, reports, and dashboards.
Support integrations, data migration, and issue resolution with the team.
Create test plans, perform testing, support UAT, and ensure quality.
Document designs and configurations; deliver end-user training and deployment.
