Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to join our project teams in the United States. The role emphasizes hands-on solution build, client interaction, and guiding implementation from design through deployment.

You will configure Salesforce solutions, support testing and documentation, and ensure successful delivery while aligning withCrowe's standards and best practices. A strong focus on pre-sales, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification.
• 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle: discovery to support.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to guide junior team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in pre-sales discovery; document requirements and scope of work.
• Estimate implementation effort with architects and project managers.
• Capture business needs and map current/future state processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities.
• Own workstreams; hands-on configuration and collaboration with team.
• Facilitate workshops, kickoffs, demos, and client status discussions.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Document designs, deliver end-user training, and manage deployments.
