Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape solution direction across complex programs and bridge business strategy with technology execution. You will lead AI-enabled transformation, governance, and adoption while guiding teams across Salesforce products and enterprise systems.

You will drive pre-sales activities, design target-state roadmaps, and coach analysts, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality client-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Certifications in Salesforce or related credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with executives, product owners, and delivery teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments including Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Data Cloud, and more.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Design AI-enabled solutions with prompt strategy, data grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide use of Einstein, Flow, APIs, Data Cloud/Data 360 to deliver practical, measurable outcomes.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, and reusable patterns.
