Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape direction across complex Salesforce programs and bridge business strategy with data and integration architecture. You’ll lead AI‑enabled transformation, governance, and adoption, embedding with client teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required (4‑year degree).
• Typically 4‑6+ years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people, including hands‑on configuration, customization, or architecture responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations, or equivalent Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure, scalable data and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent Salesforce credentials and demonstrated platform proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead business‑driven discovery and design sessions with executive sponsors, product owners, users, architects, and delivery teams.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi‑cloud environments.
• Define target‑state solution roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Lead design of agentic and AI‑assisted solutions with prompt strategy and governance.
• Guide teams in using Salesforce tools to create practical solutions that improve productivity and outcomes.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, reusable patterns, and quality checkpoints for delivery teams.
• Lead or support pre‑sales activities including solution shaping, RFP responses, and delivery planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks across process design, technology, data, integration, security, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to deliver client‑ready recommendations.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and long‑term scalability.
