Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise transformation across multi-cloud environments, including Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, and integration with tools like Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Slack.

You will guide design, define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, and security, and coach teams on AI-enabled solutions with responsible data grounding and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors, owners, users, architects, and delivery teams.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack).
• Define target-state solution roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, security, and feasibility.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions including prompt strategy, trusted data grounding, human-in-the-loop controls, testing, and adoption plan.
• Guide teams in using tools like Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, Data Cloud, and Data 360 for practical improvements.
• Establish design standards, governance considerations, reusable patterns, and quality checkpoints for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across business design, technology, data, integration, security, privacy, and change management.
