Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to guide complex programs across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud. You will lead architecture, governance, and AI-enabled transformation, embedding with client teams to deliver measurable value.

You will shape roadmaps, define target states, and oversee delivery quality while coaching analysts and engineers. Hybrid, client-facing model with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people.
• Hands-on configuration, customization, or architecture responsibilities on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs).
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure data and integration patterns.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Architect or AI-focused credentials are a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments and related systems.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Design AI-assisted solutions with grounded data, prompts, and governance controls.
• Guide use of Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Establish standards, governance, and quality checkpoints for delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping and executive storytelling.
• Identify and mitigate risks across processes, data, security, and privacy.
• Coach analysts, developers, and architects toward high-quality client-ready deliverables.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and long-term scalability.
