Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape solution direction across complex Salesforce programs and AI-enabled transformations. You will lead multi-cloud architecture, governance, and adoption while guiding teams embedded with client squads to deliver measurable business value.

Candidates should have 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, strong executive communication, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through ambiguity, travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments across Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud/Data 360, and related systems.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, governance, data readiness, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions including prompt strategy, trusted data grounding, and adoption plans.
• Coach analysts, consultants, developers, and architects to deliver client-ready recommendations.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization, adoption, and long-term scalability.
