Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architecture Manager to shape solution direction across multi-cloud programs. You will lead business and technology conversations embedded with client teams, driving AI-enabled transformation and value realization.

You’ll guide discovery sessions, define roadmaps, and ensure governance, security, and adoptive change while coaching diverse delivery teams across EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce solution/architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs or equivalent.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and scalable data patterns.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent.
• Ability to manage priorities, ambiguity, travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, AI, governance, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompts, data grounding, and controls.
• Guide teams to use Salesforce elements and enterprise knowledge sources for practical solutions.
• Establish standards, patterns, governance, and quality checkpoints for delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimates, and delivery planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks across design, data, integration, security, and change management.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to high-quality deliverables.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and long-term scalability.
