Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to lead complex programs across multi-cloud environments. You will shape solution direction, bridge business strategy with technical design, and drive AI-enabled transformation with governance and adoption in client engagements.

You will embed with client teams, guide architecture across Salesforce products, and define roadmaps that balance value, security, and delivery feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• 2+ years of Salesforce solution/technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure data/integration patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes, journeys, and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing).
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Design AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy, data grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide teams in Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, Data Cloud/Data 360, and related enterprise systems.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and reusable patterns for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimates, and executive storytelling.
• Identify and mitigate risks across processes, data, security, and adoption.
