Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape solution direction across complex programs, bridging business strategy, data architecture, and AI enablement. You’ll lead multi‑cloud Salesforce initiatives, guide governance, and drive value realization with executive stakeholders.

You will embed with client teams, managing delivery and adoption while coaching analysts and architects to deliver scalable, secure architectures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and secure data patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications (or equivalent).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business‑led discovery and design sessions with stakeholders to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi‑cloud environments.
• Define target‑state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Design AI‑assisted solutions including prompt strategy, grounding, and adoption plan.
• Guide use of Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud for practical solutions.
• Establish standards, governance, and quality checkpoints for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead pre‑sales activities including solution shaping, estimates, and statements of work.
• Identify and mitigate risks across design, data, security, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to high‑quality deliverables.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and long‑term scalability.
