Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape solution direction across complex programs. You will lead business and technology conversations embedded with client teams, driving AI-enabled transformation and measurable value.

In this role, you will guide multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, define roadmaps, and establish governance and adoption patterns while coordinating delivery across teams and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure, scalable data and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through ambiguity, communicate clearly, and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors, product owners, users, architects, and delivery teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack).
• Define target-state solution roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt design, data grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide teams in using Salesforce tools and enterprise knowledge sources to create practical, productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, reusable patterns, and governance for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead pre-sales activities: solution shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, estimates, delivery plans, staffing models.
• Identify and mitigate risks across process design, technology, data, integration, security, privacy, responsible AI, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality client-ready recommendations.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization, adoption, and long-term scalability of implemented solutions.
