Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape direction across complex programs, bridging business strategy with data and integration architecture. You will lead AI-enabled transformation, governance, and adoption while guiding teams across Sales, Service, and Data Cloud environments.

You’ll influence pre-sales, risk management, and delivery governance, ensuring measurable value and scalable solutions for diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years Salesforce experience.
• 5+ years implementing Salesforce in teams of 5+ people.
• 3+ years leading analysts, developers or consultants.
• Salesforce Admin/Platform App Builder certs or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with executives and teams.
• Own Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, and governance.
• Design AI-enabled solutions with responsible controls and adoption plans.
• Guide use of Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud, and APIs.
• Establish design standards and governance for delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs and statements of work.
• Identify and mitigate risks across people, processes, data, and security.
