Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape direction across complex programs. You will bridge business strategy, data architecture, AI enablement, governance, and delivery across multi-cloud Salesforce environments.

You will lead business-led discovery, define roadmaps, and guide AI-enabled solutions while ensuring security and governance. This role entails collaboration with executive stakeholders and delivery teams in a hybrid client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution/technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and scalable data patterns.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certs or equivalent credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through ambiguity, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors, owners, users, and teams to define outcomes and value.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Design AI-enabled solutions with prompt design, grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide use of Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, Data Cloud, and related sources for practical solutions.
• Establish design standards, architecture records, reusable patterns, and governance checkpoints.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, responses, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across process design, technology, data, security, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to deliver client-ready outcomes.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and long-term scalability.
