Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Business Process Manager to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and Salesforce teams. You will own the Salesforce backlog, translate requirements into epics and stories, and drive platform adoption across the organization.
In this role, you will lead agile ceremonies, collaborate with executives on automation opportunities, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Business Process Manager roles.
- Experience supporting platform integrations and ECS/ArrowSphere is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
