Job summary
Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You will collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership to align requirements with enterprise objectives.
You'll manage platform support, automation opportunities, and UAT for medium to large-scale initiatives, while ensuring governance and data integrity across Salesforce environments and related
Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum).
- Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge.
- Experience leading requirements, design, UAT, and post-deployment support.
- Experience with platform integrations and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs across the organization.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and stories.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews.
- Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and ArrowSphere.
- Provide admin and support for Salesforce environments and integrations.
