Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly capable Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role blends Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to translate business objectives into scalable platform solutions.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, and drive automation and process improvements across ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and related systems.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or BPM.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving customer, partner, and employee experiences.
Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation, and user adoption initiatives.
