Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience supporting platform integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather requirements and translate to epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, reviews.
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design discussions for medium to large initiatives.
- Administer and support Salesforce environments, including automation and security.
