Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce product backlog and drive platform optimizations across the ArrowSphere and related systems.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, gathering requirements, leading UAT, and delivering scalable, automated processes that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, BA, or BPM.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead UAT planning, release validations, and post-deployment support.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
